Purpose

■プネ大学等において、日本語学修済み（N3以上）もしくは学習中の学生の中で、日本企業への就職を希望する学生をリストアップ

■N3レベルの日本語能力があれば、採用を検討する日本企業を選定し、　インタビューを設定する

■原則、日本企業の担当者はプネを訪問し、できるだけ対面でインタビューを行う

■できるだけ事前に候補者をリストアップし、日本企業には履歴書レベルで感触を確認

■Location: Pune University and others

■ Eligibility

◇Companies seriously considering hiring highly skilled Indian personnel

◇Companies that have a plan to develop and nurture employment relationships with a medium- to long-term perspective after hiring

■Pune is the city in India where Japanese language education is most active. It has the highest number of Japanese language learners per capita in India.

■ Many people from Pune who have learned Japanese are already working in Japan, and it is believed that there are more Japanese companies looking for talent there than in other cities.

■Having had a sister city relationship with Okayama Prefecture for 20 years, it seems like the perfect candidate to create a success story.

■Part of the travel expenses to India will be subsidized by the Japanese government

■If there is a high level of interest from both the student and the company, an internship of approximately four weeks will be conducted in Japan.

■The internship costs will be subsidized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
