■ In principle, Japanese company representatives will visit Pune and conduct face-to-face interviews whenever possible.
■ Make a list of candidates as far in advance as possible and check with Japanese companies at the resume level

Why Pune?

■Pune is the city in India where Japanese language education is most active. It has the highest number of Japanese language learners per capita in India.
■ Many people from Pune who have learned Japanese are already working in Japan, and it is believed that there are more Japanese companies looking for talent there than in other cities.
■Having had a sister city relationship with Okayama Prefecture for 20 years, it seems like the perfect candidate to create a success story.
Support for event participation costs

■Part of the travel expenses to India will be subsidized by the Japanese government
Internship recruitment

■If there is a high level of interest from both the student and the company, an internship of approximately four weeks will be conducted in Japan.
■The internship costs will be subsidized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Support for interviews and employment

■Instruction on interviews with Indian people, employment, and work-related matters, as well as know-how
■Support for obtaining residence status and visa
■Support for choosing a home in Japan
■To prevent Indians from feeling isolated after starting work, we hold regular events to support them so that they can work comfortably in Japan for a long time.
